Experience
Atmos Energy Marketing was founded in 1986 as Woodward Marketing, L.L.C. and was acquired by ATMOS Energy Corporation (NYSE: ATO) in April, 2001. Working with Atmos Energy Marketing gives you access to more than 120 employees with an average of 18 years of gas industry experience. These seasoned industry veterans currently provide supply and asset management services to approximately 1,000 industrial customers, power plants and local distribution systems in 21 states. Atmos Energy Marketing’s highly qualified sales and operations teams have extensive experience working with interstate and intrastate pipelines in the southeast. In fact, many of our employees have been employed by the pipelines and local distribution systems that serve our customers. Our pipeline expertise enables us to assist customers with supply sourcing, pipeline contract negotiations and federal and state regulatory issues.

Reliability & Flexibility
AEM manages approximately 1,800,000 dth/day of firm pipeline capacity and 40,000,000 dth of market area and production area storage. These assets enable Atmos Energy Marketing to provide the highest level of reliability and flexibility in the industry to our 300,000,000 dth annual customer base.
